Programs and building blocks

Besides the classic offerings of a seminar hotel, like modern seminar rooms and nice rooms, we have developed our concept in the past years heavily towards the direction incentives. No wonder, with our exceptional location at 730 m above sea level and 87 ha outdoor space!

One special emphasis is our Steinschaler Cuisine. We consciously decided to do without international cuisine (you can have that everywhere anyway) and try to emphasize regional and seasonal traits, coupled with the rediscovery of the taste experience of wild herbs.

As a family enterprise with good and eager to learn employees, we have learnt to be flexible when wishes of our guests are concerned. This has led in turn to some interesting space offers, like the generously built wellness area in our Village Hotel “Natur”, in the conference room “Talblick” (“Valley View”), and the modern lounge you will also find in the Village Hotel.

We have combined the best for our guests into our framework offers. One of these offers is our wide ranging “Rent a Doerfl” concept, where you can rent a whole village for yourself with all that is involved. The second framework is the “Alpine meadow Olympics”, including a multitude of communal activities. Alongside emotions and fun there are some inbuilt elements of seriousness in our offers, too: team building, acquiring social competences and strengthening company loyalty and client relationships.

We are particularly proud of our “Dirndl Traditional Fair” at the Village Square, a traditional fair how it had been in former times: stalls full with regional delicacies and stands for conviviality. This is an event at which your employees or guests can freely move around, free from any constraints whatsoever. We ourselves are sometimes so thrilled about this program element that we completely forget taking photographs!

Ideally, many of our program elements can be combined with each other. As an example, you can have your place name sign with your name, as a follow-up the bread and salt ceremony, and as a final touch, the feast or the traditional fair at the village square.
